To my dear readers,
I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who participated in the book launches that took place in Beirut and Dubai. The overwhelming show of support and encouragement was beyond anything I could have ever imagined, and it touched me on a deeply emotional level.
As I stood there in front of you all, I felt overwhelmed with gratitude and appreciation. Your presence at the book launches was a testament to the unwavering support that you have given me throughout my journey as an author. It is because of your incredible support that my book has become a best-seller in three different categories for business on Amazon. It was a moment that will stay with me forever, and it has shown me how much I am truly supported.
During the launch, I had the opportunity to share a speech on the seven mindsets that can lead to success in the modern world. As we look ahead to the future, it is clear that there are specific skills that will be essential for success.
According to the World Economic Forum, the top ten skills needed for 2025 are:
1. Analytical thinking and Innovation
2. Active learning and learning strategies
3. Complex problem solving
4. Critical thinking and analysis
5. Creativity, originality and initiative
6. Leadership and social influence
7. Technology use, monitoring and control
8. Technology design and programming
9. Resilience, stress tolerance and flexibility
10. Reasoning, problem solving and Ideation
To build for the future, we must equip ourselves and our teams with these skills. This is where modern leadership comes in, and the seven mindsets that can help us achieve success.
These mindsets include the digital native mindset, the experimental mindset, the networked mindset, the authentic mindset, the data mindful mindset, the prepared mindset, and the human-centered mindset.
Each of these mindsets is crucial for leaders to adopt in order to succeed in the modern world. For example,
the digital native mindsetis all about embracing technology and using it to our advantage.
The experimental mindsetis about being willing to try new things and take risks.
The networked mindset is about building connections and relationships that can help us achieve our goals.
The authentic mindsetis about being true to ourselves and our values.
The data mindful mindsetis about being aware of the data that we collect and using it to make informed decisions.
The prepared mindsetis about being ready for anything that comes our way. Finally,
The human-centered mindset is about prioritizing the needs and feelings of those around us.
I want to express my gratitude to Librairie Antoine and Mohammed Bin Rashed Library for giving me the opportunity to showcase my book and celebrate it amongst friends and readers. Without their support, none of this would have been possible.
Once again, thank you so much for your support and encouragement. It means the world to me, and I am truly grateful for each and every one of you.
